If this, i-Unit, seems too si-fi to you, how about this?

i-Real, the new concept car unveiled also by Toyota in Tokoy Motor Show. It can run on the streets and pavements. Pavements?! Well, in Japan many people ride the bicycles on the pavements but strictly speaking, you cannot do that on all pavements, especially which are designed for pedestrians to walk safely.

In the recline mode like the above picture, it can reach the highest speed of 18.6 mph (29.76 km/h). Slower than a scooter but much faster than walking. Not mention that you probably don’t need to get a license for riding this (well, that depends on the regulations in different countries). Anyway, I wonder who will need this concept vehicle? It can be used as a very cool wheelchair or golf car. But for a golf car, it lacks the roof and the space for the golf bag.
