Google Apps Backup

It’s great to be able to access your stuff everywhere, provided with the internet connection. But what if some disaster happened in Googler servers such that you lost your precious data and files? Backing up them in your local machine is the only solution to prevent such a big loss.

Though there is no simple backup scheme for all Google applications, Adam Pash at Lifehacker provides some work-around solutions for backing up several Google services, e.g. GMail, Calendar, Docs & Spreadsheets, Reader subscriptions, and Picasa Web Album. The instruction is very helpful.
